Solid concrete can take a proper deep clean and often benefits from it. Flagstone, natural stone, and pavers are softer, more porous, and held together with mortar joints, so they need a gentler touch or you end up with etching, chipping, and loose stones. I clean each surface the way it should be cleaned, and I tell you up front which one you have.
